Sadly, this ones need proxy.
All you have to do is:
If you are not from U.K. you have to enter a U.K. proxy like: goproxing.com
Type: "stardoll.com" on the address bar and press Go or just hit Enter on your keyboard.
Log in.
For the TV, the TV skin, the Piggy, and the dress:
Type or paste this link: stardoll.com/en/stardolltv/ on the address bar.
You do not need to watch the video; for me, it just appreared a white screen.
For the Monster High Deuce glasses:
Type or paste this link: stardoll.com/en/do/campaign/monster.php?watch=3
A complete white screen will appear, it is meaningless because you got it in your suite.
I received a free mirror, I guess it was because I just logged in using the U.K. proxy. (The mirror do not owns a tag.)
Finally, enter your suite as usual (without the proxy) and I hope you received your free items!
