When you get to the Proxy Website, scroll down to the blank URL box and paste this:

http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=1166

Hit enter then log into stardoll. Paste this into the URL box:

http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1166

Once the page has loaded, X out of the proxy. The purse should be in a starplaza box in your suite.
