If you aren't from Australia, use a manual proxy. Set your manual proxy to 137.111.42.149 port 80.
Once you have set the manual proxy go to this website:
Log into stardoll, then paste this site:
Hit enter. Once the page has loaded remove the manual proxy. The poppies should be in a starplaza bag in your suite.
