If you aren't from Russia and you want it, go to a proxy such as http://www.webproxy.ruPaste this link into the URL box:

and hit browse/enter
Log into stardoll, and then paste this new link into the URL box:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=969
It should be in a box in your regular stardoll suite.
