If you don't live in the US but you still want the shirt use a web proxy such as http://webwarper.net/ww/ or http://www.dontfilter.us/In the proxy's URL box, simply type in or paste:
http://www.stardoll.com
and hit "go" or "enter"
Just log into your account. Wait a few seconds after you are completely logged in just to make sure that Stardoll sent you the shirt.
Log off the proxy and go back to usual Stardoll. The shirt should be in a box.
